Inspect conditions on construction sites to ensure DEP erosion control measures were being adhered to. Review roadway and easement dedications and correct survey descriptions. Perform site inspection on pipe installation and asphalt paving jobs. Witness percolation, deep pit, full moon sewer, and sewer smoke tests and report results to project engineer.
